About Me
Yoga Experience and Journey
I am a certified yoga instructor with 10 years experience. In 2013, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Bali, which was an incredibly transformative and enlightening journey. It sparked a deep passion within me to both teach and continue my own learning. My journey into specialized yoga began in 2015 when I completed prenatal yoga teacher training with Baby Bliss Yoga, followed by a 100-hour certification in prenatal and postnatal yoga. The following year, I furthered my expertise with an Active Birthing qualification from The Yoga Space.
As my personal and professional journey evolved, I felt drawn to practices that fostered a deeper connection with my feminine energy and allowed for greater introspection. In pursuit of this, I completed a 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training course with My Health Yoga, alongside a more recent Meditation training course with Health and Harmony. These experiences have enriched both my practice and my teaching, allowing me to offer a holistic approach to yoga that nurtures mind, body, and soul.
